Mondial du Quad and Bike Endurance in Pont-de-Vaux (01)

Next summer the department of Ain will welcome once again the greatest events of the French races. Pont de Vaux will be the World offroad capital, during two consecutive weekends between the 8 Hours Bikes on August 18 and 19 and the Mondial du Quad on August 24, 25 and 26 2012. Don't forget to note both dates on your diary !

8 Hours Endurance of Pont de Vaux

The 8 Hours Maxxis Pont de Vaux will be held on August 18 and 19, this 4th edition of the bike endurance presents an original concept, the mixture of all the offroad sport s "50% Motocross, 50 % Enduro Cross country representing 100% of fun". At the same time there will be the PDV MX Kids for the young hopes (7/12 years), the exhibition, and many other activities.

PDV Kids, a new race for young from 7 to 12

New in 2012, the PDV Kids for the budding riders and why not the star of tomorrow. It will be held during two days (18/19 August) with the “8 Hours” alternately. The track is 1.1 km long and will specially be designed for them. Two cubic capacities are allowed 65cc (7/9 years) and 85 cc (10/12 years).

All the riders faced with Mickaël « Rocket » Pichon

Mickaël « Rocket » Pichon will be back in next August. The World double champion and twice winner at Pont de Vaux (2009 and 2010), is the man to be beaten, he will race on his Honda CRF450. Jason Clermont, the 20 years old Breton, will help the US ex-star to win for the 3rd time. SX2 French champion in 2011, Jason outclassed in 2007 the 85 cc European and French cadet championships.
