A drone at PDV
The World filmed from a drone. Charel Fabry its pilot and cameraman explains how it works.

What is a "drone"? "For 7 years I worked in broadcasting. I did early films for companies. For a year, I'm gradually moving towards the advertising and cinema. I develop a new way of working with the drone. I worked for a long time from a helicopter. Now, I replaced it by this wonderful craft. It is more environmentally friendly and beyond comparison in terms of cost. Compared to the helicon, I shoot from 30 cm to 150 meters. For reasons of video signal, I can't exceed 200 m even if my machine can go up to 3 kilometers. '
Another advantage is in places such as a bridge, where a helicopter can not access. With a battery life of 10 minutes, Charel manages both its drone while framing his shots. "In advertising I often work with a cameraman. I pilot, he directs the camera. "Charel Fabry gradually get involved in international advertising for Chrysler, Vuitton, EDF... He should also participate in the filming of the next season of Peking Express.
In the meantime, there is no doubt that his eyes bring another vision of this World, from the sky, from a drone.
